Well after almost a full year of waiting and wondering and here it is the top ten of Last year 2007 Culture City Festive 50 but before i revied the top ten of last year Festive 50 and Moving on to this year Festive 50, and if you forgot the last year list From No. 50 to No. 11

10. Peter, Bjorn, and John

The Band broke thought in 2007 with great album "Writer's Block" feating the wonderful track "Young Folks" feating ex - Concretes front woman Victoria Bergsman not only that the other 10 track are wonderful made that celeabart the young with a heart.

9. The White Strips

No Matters where this album was made either in Detroit or Nashville, they still rock out in all of there red an white glory with very rock song from a guy name "Icky Thump" and "Rag and Bone" it look like the back and white and a little bit of black duo did not miss a beat in 2007.

8. Blonde Redhead

This album was haunting, beatitful and wonderful album feathering one of the lovley voicials of front woman Kazu Makino made this C.D. a great listen to of the year.

7. Modest Mouse

if you think you got a little overdose of the song "Float On" from the last album the follow up album was a great adventure from the star to the finish and dont forget it also help to have a former member fo the The Smiths Johnny Marr in you band.

6. The Shins

if you love dreamitc indie rock music, the band from Portland was the first band to Crash the broght and paid for 100 as it show that indie bands make a diffence in the music scene and not only that it was a fun album.

5. The Go! Team

The Follow to the album Thunder, Lightning, Strike, was a great CD that pick where the last album left off, it is the modran day urban sound track mixing indie rock, hip-hop and dance it is a fun band to listen and have fun.

And this is the bright eyes blue eyes canandian indie-floks sould who releaed a great album called "The Reminder" and aldought if you hear 1234 one too many times she look even loveler in on of my fave video below

And now after almost 12 months and 47 bands and artist later here are the top three bands for 2007 in the Culture City Festive 50:

3. Mark Ronson

the mult-talnet record producer who produce every one from Lily Allen to Amy Winehouse stuck out on his own with a re-mix Cover album which have the like of Phantom Planet, Robbie Williams, and Daniel Merriweather doing excenlentt cover of The Zutons,Kaiser Chiefs, and a great cover of The Smiths "Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before" with a little bit "The Supremes" for good measure.

2. Arcard Frie

Last year, this band from Montreal bulid up so much buzz with the released of "Neon Bible" when the album came out it was good as advetised, it crash in to no.2 when it enter the billboard chart, not only that there are a great live band, they have great song like "Black Mirror","Keep the Car Running","Intervention" and one of my fave song "No Cars Go".

So one of the best band in the world finish No. 2 on the 2007 list but i know you are asking who is the best band in your mind in 2007 OK you ask for it, the winner of the 07 festive 50 list would be a prefit fit for working under a city on a great weekend on a friday night and it sounded great.

So the Winner of Last year Culture City Festive 50

1. L.C.D. Soundststem

The Band fronted by the prodcuer James Murphy made a great CD mixing old school electro with disco and punk elements, the CD was a really track from start to finish with amazing songs like "North American Scum", "All My Friends" and Someone Great would make a great sound track to any night after a gig.
