The Smashing Pumpkins tour will stop in Detroit

Today we get the good word that the reform Smashing Pumpkins have announced there North America tour and you be happy to know that billy Corgan and company have answer the called to play the motor city

First found on the Done Waiting Web sight and now begin reported all over, the pumpkins who is playing a residency at "The Orange Peel" in Asheville, North Carolina will go on tour begin September 8th at the Osheaga Festival in Monteal and will wind it way to Ryamn Theater in Nashville, TN on November 15th and in between they will play Detroit rock city on October 7th at the Fox Theatre in Downtown Detroit

Now, since this is just announced i have no info on ticket prices, when it going to be released to the public, But from Spin.com all performances can be purchased via ticketmaster.com beginning July 14, but fans who pre-order the band's forthcoming album Zeitgeist[which will be out on the street Next Tuesday, July 10th on iTunes will be supplied with a password granting access to a pre-sale currently unde

also speaking about New gig dates in Detroit going on Next Friday at 10AM in there second vitit in less than Three Months [Augest 6th at the Gem Theater just up the road] in support of there new album "the Con" which is out July 24th will be the always fun to see them play live "Tegan and Sara" there are playing on the Day before America Thanksgiving yes you heard me correct there playing on November 28th the day before thanksgiving at the St. Andrew Hall at 7 pm and ticket cost $20 bucks.
