this is the First of two parts on this week pulg awards spotlight in the lead up to the PLUG Indie awards with will be hand it out on Feburary 10 at Irving Plaza in NYC and unlike the grammys which is a total kiss up that is broadcast on CBS, there is no TV or webcast of awards on Feb. 10, but they still have time.
