also on this Day back in 1976, a 14 year old school kid name Larry Mullen Jr. posted a notice on his secondary school notice board at the Mount Temple Comprehensive School in Dublin, Ireland for musicians for a new band that he was going to from they all practice in his kitchen.

that band turn out to be U2 and there still playing today like they did 30 years later, because on this day last year along with Green Day played "The saints go Marching" at the grand reopening of The Superdome which 13 months after hurricane Katrina tore opening two hole in to the dome
