Fire near the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit
every thing is O.K.

Breaking News out of Detroit midtown area it kind of surprising

There was a Two alarm fire at a abandoned apartment building on Garfield between Woodward and John R. right near Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit in midtown Detroit.

the Blaze was reported at about 6 A.M. according to media report it was a one alarm fire and then it became a two alarm fire, the Fire was only contain to that apartment building, Detroit Fire Fighters was worried because of the Strong winds would speard the burring ember but lucky it did not, because it was a brick building.

The fire was close to
Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit which was across the street on Garfield and Woodward, I did called the Gallery but they were not Available because the Museum is closed.

also near by that abandoned building was the VA hopitial,Wayne State U., the Majestic Theater Center(The Stick, Majestic Theater, Majestic Cafe, and the Garden Bowl.) and the D.I.A.

at last word the Fire was under control.
